Many companies applied
for Product Link Incentive (PLI) schemes have generated keen interest to invest
at Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR), India’s first greenfield
industrial smart city being developed near Ahmedabad.
With infrastructure work
for the two out of total 23 town planning (TP) schemes of DSIR has completed
and necessary infrastructure for industries are in place, many companies
applied for PLI schemes have evinced interest to invest in DSIR, said Hareet
Shukla, Managing Director of Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL),
a company formed by the Government of Gujarat to develop DSIR.
