At any given point in time due to the unforeseen circumstances or due to any changes in government norms or due to the scalability of any land, if there are any changes in the land plan layout which may result in variations in the size of the allotted sub plot or which may result in change in the dimensions of the allotted sub plot number in a land, the investorwill have to pay for the modified size of the sub plot if there is any increase in the size as per actual at the rate at which the investorhad purchased the sub plot and if there will be decrease in the size of the said sub plot, the seller will compensate as per actual at the rate at which the purchaserhad purchased the said sub plot.

Ltd. for display reasons and to use these names of the projects are completely up to the investors. There is no binding from our side to the seller to continue the use of these names after the purchase of land parcels.
All the land parcels purchased by third parties are subject to clearances & approvals from the respective authorities depending upon the usage of land parcels in the designated zones.The sale of land parcels displayed on our website are for Investors, Real estate companies, Financial Institutions, etc. All the regulatory government requirements to regularize the use of land will be the sole responsibility of the Investors. Smarthomes Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. in no way takes any responsibility for the clearance of the Land parcel/s purchased.
Survey numbers fallingunder “Dholera SIR” area, all the approvals and allotments are subject to approvals obtained by the related Government bodies. Due to any unavoidable circumstances including but not limited to delays in any of the permissions or delay in possession from related government bodies at any given point in if any designated survey numbers had to undergo any changes like change in the location by government or anything else, in that case the Seller will always accommodate the Purchaser in any of its alternate survey numbers or projects.
