Dholera SIR Development Plan - Smart Homes Dholera

Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR) spanning approximately 920 sq km- encompasses 22 villages of Dholera Taluka. Dholera City’s 153 Sq.km will be developed under Dholera Smart City Development Phase 1 i.e. Dholera Town Planning Scheme 1 & 2.

Dholera Smart City Development Phase 1 to 3 (Dholera Town Planning Scheme 1 to 6) 

Dholera Smart City Development Phase 1 will cover Town Planning Scheme 1 & 2 that measuring 12,702.48 Acres & 25,289.48 Acres respectively. It will be completed by year 2022. 

Dholera city development phase 2 will cover Town Planning Scheme 3 & 4 that measuring 16457.22 & 14832.26 Acres respectively. It will be developed by 2032.

Dholera city development phase 3 will cover Town Planning Scheme 5 & 6 that measuring 18,471.13 Acres & 16638.57 respectively. It will be developed by 2042.

Ahmedabad Dholera Expressway will connect Ahmedabad to Dholera SIR and then it will go to Bhavnagar. Dholera SIR has 250 Meter wide alignment for the central spine road , NH 751 is access Control Express way and is elevated at most of the junctions it connects (Nari Junction) near Bhavnagar, Bavaliyari, Dholera, Ambali, Vataman, Chaloda, Bhat, Visalpur and Sardar Patel Ring Road (NH47) near Sarkhej in the state of Gujarat.
